Ordering Timeline

Quotation

Due to the current freight climate, we have included ocean freight in the price per unit on most quotations (unless otherwise specified as FOB). To ensure we are able to offer you competitive and accurate pricing, we require 2-5 business days to deliver your quotation (depending on the number of items requested).

Placing an Order

Once your order has been placed, our team immediately begins the processing stage, where we fit your order into our production schedule. We recommend placing your orders as soon as possible to ensure we are able to meet your desired ETA.

Production

Our standard production timeline for existing items is 30 days. 

Delivery

Our team delivers full containers to your door. For orders less than a full container, orders are FOB USA. We happily coordinate with our trucking team to ensure a seamless delivery.

Invoicing

Payment terms are specified in your sales order and invoices. Invoices are sent via email along with photos of your loaded container
